Function
The axial piston pump supplies pressurized hydraulic oil to the machine hydraulic system and supports continuous heavy-duty operation of boom, arm and swing systems in large mining excavators.
The service unit concept is intended for direct replacement during maintenance or unplanned shutdown situations where immediate installation is required.
Technical Description
Complete Bosch Rexroth axial piston pump service unit for large hydraulic mining excavators.
The unit is fully dismantled, inspected, overhauled and rebuilt using original Bosch Rexroth components. All critical internal components are replaced according to OEM specifications and manufacturer standards.
Each unit is fully tested prior to delivery and supplied as a complete ready-to-install replacement unit for field service applications.
The unit is supplied through the Bosch Rexroth Service Center Denmark together with inspection and test documentation including:
inspection report
test certificate
pressure and leakage test data
overhaul scope documentation
warranty information
operating hours / mileage of the base unit
detailed replacement parts information
